Platinum Elite partners meet criteria such as adhering to a standardized implementation process, staying current on new product releases, and training in their organization. In addition, they continue to embrace the methodologies and processes that Interactive Intelligence has established for its product line. This attention to detail ensures loyal customers which benefits us all.

Adapt is one of 5 Platinum Elite Partners in the World for Interactive Intelligence, Inc. (ININ), out of over 150 VARs world wide. We have been a VAR with ININ, since August of 1997, 3 months after they shipped the first release of the CIC product. Adapt has won 2 Vision Awards for Best Use of the Application for the Calendar years 2001, and 2007 for our integration work at Walgreens Help Center, and Adtran Inc.'s Support Center, respectively. Adapt has also won 5 Conquest Awards with ININ since 1997, which are awarded to the VAR who sold the most new business locations in North America. We were the first VAR to receive the Master Integrator designation in 1999. We have been responsible for implementing many of ININ's largest and most complex sites, including 54 sites for Ceridian from 1998-2004, the smallest sites for Ceridian averaged 125 users, while the largest sites were 1500 and 1100 users in total.

Adapt takes pride that our organization attracts, cultivates, and retains the very best Implementation & Support Engineers, Project Managers, and Developers in the ININ community, we employ no Engineers or Developers with less than 5 years experience on the CIC product. Adapt has gotten the highest score for implementation and support (i.e., customer satisfaction), every year ININ has conducted the survey. Our company is very focused on the ININ product, to the point that we do not sell or implement any other product, beside Network and Data Services, which has enable us to become the best at what we do today and into the future.
